Shipping Policy

We ship Liftbabes products worldwide, with primary fulfillment to the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, and high-volume periods (holidays, sales) may extend these timelines.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on US orders over $54.90 (Duo bundle and above)
  • Standard US shipping: $4.99 flat rate
  • International shipping: calculated at checkout based on destination

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in carrier systems.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other taxes assessed by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.

We ship internationally as DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Refused packages due to unpaid duties will be returned at the customer's expense.

Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a $15 reshipment fee applies.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
  3. If still not found within 5 business days, email support@liftbabes.com

We will work with you to resolve the issue but are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@liftbabes.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we have a 2-hour window to make changes (address, items) before it enters processing. After that window, we cannot modify the order.
