Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Liftbabes. Here is how we handle returns, refunds, and our Stay-Stuck Guarantee™.
Hygiene Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene standards in the adhesive bra industry, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. This is standard practice across the category and protects all customers.
Unopened products in original, unused packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@liftbabes.com
- Include order number and clear photos of the issue
- We send a free replacement at no cost — no return required
The Stay-Stuck Guarantee™
If your Lifties do not stay in place for at least 8 hours under normal use, we will replace them for free.
To qualify:
- You followed the application instructions provided with your product
- The product is used on clean, dry, lotion-free skin
- The product is not cut, modified, or used past 25 wears
- The claim is submitted within 30 days of your first wear
How to claim:
- Email support@liftbabes.com with your order number
- Include a brief description of what happened
- We may request a photo or short video showing the issue
- Once approved, we send a free replacement — no return shipping required
We reserve the right to limit Stay-Stuck Guarantee replacements to one per order to prevent abuse. The Stay-Stuck Guarantee is offered in addition to, not in place of, your statutory consumer rights.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item or color, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@liftbabes.com. We will send the correct item and provide a return label for the wrong one (or let you keep it, depending on the case).
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of placement, before processing begins. After processing, cancellation is no longer possible — see our return options above.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we process the request. Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional days.
Non-Refundable
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Original shipping costs (unless we made an error)
- Used or opened adhesive products (hygiene policy)
- Products purchased from third-party sellers (Amazon, retail) — contact the original seller
- Sale items marked "final sale"
